Flagstone’s $3million Water Play Park
Flagstone’s $3 million state of the art Water Play Park is opening to the public on Saturday 21 December 2019.The Water Play Park brings a new level of cool to Flagstone’s Regional Recreation Park, which already includes a competition-standard urban skate plaza, one of Queensland’s first water play dog park, and an adventure playgrounds featuring an 11-metre tower and 19m skybridge.
The state-of-the-art water development has been made possible through a joint venture between Logan City Council and Peet, and features a 10m climbable treehouse, waterfalls and a ‘zero depth’ water course with jets, blasters and bubblers – perfect for the summer holidays.
Bringing waterwise design to world-class fun, the park integrates a fully recirculated water system. All water is recycled from balance tanks, flows through filtration and sanitation infrastructure and is delivered back to the park safely and sustainably.
