Strong demand at Jumping Creek
Jumping Creek, Peet’s newest community in NSW, has exceeded expectations with the launch of its first land releases.
Located just 15 minutes from the Canberra CBD and right next to Queanbeyan, this remote inner suburb offers a unique lifestyle to potential buyers. While maintaining the convenience of urban life, Jumping Creek creates a connection to the natural environment with the estate being surrounded by bushland. The beautiful landscape within the community will be highlighted through the planned parkland in the centre of the estate with a playground, walking trails, and creek paths.
The 220 generously sized lots at Jumping Creek have an average block size of 780sqm. The strong demand for land at this long awaited Peet community was seen at the first release where all 40 lots sold in less than a minute.
Due to the high demand for this land, the sales team leveraged technology to conduct a virtual online auction for the latest release of 8 lots. This was met with overwhelming success with all 8 blocks sold over reserve.
Jumping Creek’s next release will comprise of 8 lots and will take place on the 16th December, 2021.
