Developer approval received for Tapestry Mosman Park
Peet is pleased to announce that today development approval was received for Tapestry Mosman Park, Peet’s latest apartment development located in Perth’s premium western suburbs.
The Metro Inner-North Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) approved the development today, after The Town of Mosman Park supported the application last week. The Responsible Authority Recommendation stated the proposal is considered to be of high quality and will present as a beacon identifying the Mosman Park area into the future.
Tapestry, located on vibrant Glyde Street, is an 11-storey boutique development comprising 48 apartments with a mix of retail and dining on the ground floor.
Architecturally designed by leading Klopper and Davis Architects, Tapestry’s highly aesthetic design reflects the rich history of the area and the demand for luxury living near the coast.
The generously sized, light-filled apartments feature beautifully designed interiors and premium quality finishes. Buyers will have the choice of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses.
Ideally located close to lively restaurants and bars and only a short walk to public transport, the development will feature a roof top communal space including a residents dining room and kitchen, residents lounge, gym and garden terrace.
The Peet team would like to extend our thanks to our consultant team working with us on this project – Klopper and Davis Architects, Town Planner Hatch Roberts Day and Traffic Engineer Cardno.
