After careful consideration we have made the decision to cancel most of our community and public events for the remainder of 2020 due to concerns and uncertainties surrounding COVID-19.
Googong's free live music festival, Googfest 2020, was scheduled for Saturday 4 April 2020. This event has been cancelled to reduce community transmission of coronavirus, COVID-19.
Major roadworks are continuing on Old Cooma Road to improve access into Googong. Although it is great news for our growing community, sadly, it means Boogong 2019 cannot go ahead.
Telstra are delighted to host the outdoor movie session of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, at Googong on Saturday 2 March 2019. This is a FREE community event and everyone is welcome to attend.
