Wungong Redevelopment
Hilbert Park lies within the 1,580ha Metropolitan Regional Development (MRA) Wungong Urban area – the largest single masterplanned residential development project in WA which will deliver new homes for more than 40,000 people.
This redevelopment plan is being driven and funded by the State Government (working closely with state and local agencies to protect the natural environment) and will serve as a model to guide sensitive development in WA and nationally.

Submission of Plans for Developer's Approval
As part of the restrictive covenants to comply with the terms and conditions of your fencing and landscaping package, all house plans need to be submitted for Peet's approval prior to commencing construction. This is to ensure the plans comply with any conditions associated with the lot.
The approval company will need to be sent the following information:
- Site plan
- Floorplan
- Elevations
