Stay connected in more ways than one.
Elavale is about connection to nature, family and memories. But it's also about the convenience that comes with connectivity to life's everyday essentials - with transport hubs, road networks, bike paths and more all within easy reach.
Future Eglinton Station
Approximately 46-minutes from Perth by train, Eglinton Station will be built south of Pipidinny Road, east of Marmion Avenue and directly opposite our Elavale community. It's set to be a hub of retail, business and employment - as well as providing great connectivity via train and bus links to the local area and beyond.
Construction is already underway for the Yanchep Rail Extension, and the development of the Eglinton Town Centre won't be far behind.

Mitchell Freeway Extension
Work has already begun on the Mitchell Freeway Extension to Romeo Road - designed to alleviate pressure on local road networks, reduce travel times and increase access to our local community.
The new interchange will be 8km closer to Elavale than the current Hester Avenue connection, making everyday life more connected and stress-free.
Marmion Avenue Dualling
The Marmion Avenue dualling of 11.5km of road to Yanchep was completed in July 2020, and has already provided a great reduction in traffic congestion for the local community. Elavale is also set to be conveniently accessed via 3 roundabouts, already constructed along Marmion Avenue.
Elavale Bike Paths
One of the features that sets Elavale apart is the focus on connectivity - to nature, to family, friends and neighbours, and to the surrounding local neighbourhood.
Part of this delivery includes a network of bike paths and green links to encourage kids riding safely to school, weekend bike rides and more.
