Located at our sales office on the corner of Eglinton Boulevard and Kingfisher Road, the playground features multi-sensory games for children of all ages that integrate technology and physical activity by mixing lights, sounds sequences and activities.

Perths fast growing property market

REIWA has reported on the latest CoreLogic data, revealing Perth’s home value index lifted 3.8% when compared with three months ago, making it the fastest growing major market in Australia. Properties continue to sell at a faster rate than they did last year, with median days to sell sitting at just 21 days, down from 43 days in January 2020.

First Home Loan Deposit Scheme extended!

An additional 10,000 spots for the Federal Government’s First Home Loan Deposit Scheme (FHLDS) have just been released!
Usually first home buyers with less than a 20% deposit will need to pay lenders mortgage insurance. Under the Scheme, eligible first home buyers can purchase with a deposit of as little as 5% (lenders criteria apply).
The new release of places in the scheme came into effect on 1st July 2020. This can be used ON TOP of Government stimulus packages AND First Home Buyers Grant!
The announcement means you may not require as big of a deposit as you first thought. Hurry, there's limited spots until 31st December 2020! Check out if you're eligible below.
Mitchell Freeway extension shifts into high gear

In a media statement released yesterday, the State Government have announced that two building contractors have been shortlisted to kick start the $215 million Mitchell Freeway extension.
The extension will be from Hester Avenue in Clarkson to Romeo Road in Alkimos (indicated on the below map), and is set to be a welcome addition for locals!
