You probably know about our Googong Builders Guild – a panel of ten leading builders who are committed to helping bring our vision for the new town to life. You might even have attended our Builders Expo last year and taken a sneak peek at some of the plans they have available for Googong. Well now you can find out a whole lot more, with the launch of the Home Finder section of the Googong website.

With Home Finder, you can research nearly 100 home designs online. To find a home that fits your needs, just search according to criteria like number of bedrooms and bathrooms or the appropriate block size. You can also search by builder name or the name of the home. Once you’ve selected a home to view, you’ll find more details and a plan.

If you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for, our builders will happily work with you to design your new home. While there is no obligation for you to choose a Guild builder, if you do can be confident that your builder has a thorough understanding of our design guidelines. This will help to speed up approvals and make the process of building your home at Googong easier.

The Builders Guild will be constructing a demonstration village at Googong to show how quality design, value and environmentally conscious features go hand in hand.
