BECOMING A CITIZEN OF GOOGONG

Talking to the people who have already bought at Googong, it’s clear that this is going to be a very special community. Our purchasers are looking forward to the relaxed outdoor living and the neighbourliness that are so much part of the Australian lifestyle. A community like this deserves an identity all its own. So do its people. That’s why, just as people from Australia are Australian and those from Brazil are Brazilian, we’re calling the people from Googong – Googonian.

It’s an idea that will come to life in our new advertising campaign, launched on Sunday 24 March. The campaign will celebrate the Googonian lifestyle – a lifestyle with its own customs and distinguishing features. We’ve even penned a Googonian anthem and designed a Googonian flag.

It’s a lot of fun, but it has a genuine message too. The campaign will give you a feel for life at Googong. We hope you’ll enjoy it and decide to apply for Googonian citizenship yourself.
