29-year-old bachelor, Daniel Konrad had two reasons to celebrate finally taking his dad’s advice to buy a house.

The main reason was the great value and that he was a winner in Peet Limited’s Big $120K giveaway promotion, receiving $15,000!

“I was blown away when Peet called to say that I’d won $15,000,” Daniel said, adding that his dad was also very pleased.

“I’d been looking further north but then I came across The Avenue and it was too good a deal to pass up.”

“When I looked at the plans I could see there will be a lot of parks and a future school which will be useful in five to 10 years, hopefully.”
