The Connected Life
The Village at Wellard is a new community that hasn’t lost touch with nature. I love being able to look out of my windows and see trees and birds. I chose The Village at Wellard because it’s close to Rockingham, and access to the city isn’t planned around the car. It’s a great place to cycle. The railway station sealed my decision to buy at The Village at Wellard. Douglas Pritchard
