Historically, the name Peet has been synonymous with residential land developments in Perth. We opened our first WA office on William Street in 1895 and we developed countless estates, with blocks for sale across Perth’s suburbs including Scarborough, North Perth, Inglewood, Bayswater, Osborne Park, Westminster, Mirrabooka, Malaga, Bassendean, Kalamunda, Cottesloe, Peppermint Grove, Redcliffe, Victoria Park, Cannington, Canning Vale and Dalkeith.

In recent years in response to the changing lifestyles of Australians and bolstered by the company’s deep knowledge and experience in the industry, Peet has broadened its scope with a product mix of land, medium density townhouses, low-rise apartments, urban renewal and master planned communities.
