The future has plenty of room to roam free
There’s nothing better than getting outdoors into nature, and here at Brabham, we’ve designed our community to embrace our natural surrounds. From the stunning St Leonards Creek running through our estate, to the variety of parks dotted throughout. You can experience even more with our next-door neighbours, Whiteman Park and Caversham Wildlife Park.
Introducing Brabham's very first park!
We are pleased to announce that our very first park is coming soon! Featuring a bee theme, it will have plenty of activities to keep kids both young and old, busy for hours.
It will feature a bespoke honeycomb play structure, a scooter trail, a pump track around retained trees, a toddler play area and much more!

Caversham Wildlife Park
Located within Whiteman Park, Caversham Wildlife Park showcases many of Australia’s native animals, “providing visitors with the opportunity of a close-up encounter with some Australian icons.”
St Leonards Creek
Running through the northern section of our community, St Leonards Creek will become a retained sanctuary for Brabham residents to enjoy.
Parks within 400m of every home
Themed parks and playgrounds will feature throughout the estate, a playful ode to Brabham’s incredible car racing and aviation history! We’ve also thoughtfully designed our community to ensure every home is located within 400m of a park.
