To ensure it's a smooth process when purchasing a building your new home at Spring Mountain, we've collated this essential information. Some will be for you, some will be for your finance broker and other information will be for your builder.

Submission of Plans for Design Approval

As part of the covenant all house plans need to be submitted for Peet's approval prior to commencing construction. This is to ensure the plans comply with any conditions associated with the lot. 

The approval company will need to be sent the following information: 
Application Form
Site plan
Landscape plan
Floor plan
Elevations
Colours and materials selection
