Just follow the cycling and walking trails across the creek and you’ll find yourself in the pristine surroundings of the White Rock Spring Mountain Conservation Estate. The 2,500 hectare park is a paradise for bush walkers and mountain bikers with trails ranging from 200 metres to 20 kilometres.
 
For rock climbers and those seeking an inspiring view, there’s the park’s most dramatic features, the rocky outcrops of White Rock and Spring Mountain. And for nature lovers, the park has some of the area’s highest conservation values. It’s home to 624 flora and 159 fauna species including eagles and koalas.

White Rock Conservation Area - Your Unique Neighbour

Located just minutes away form Eden's Crossing, White Rock Conservation Estate features the distinctive sculptured rocky outcrops of White Rock and Spring Mountain.
 
Covering over 2,500ha of regionally significant bushland, the estate also features extensive forested ridges, escarpments and valleys that are home to an amazing array of plant and wildlife species. Visitors can enjoy the full gamut of outdoor activities, including hiking, bird-watching, horse riding (bring your own horses), mountain bike riding and nature study. For the bushwalker, there's everything from a leisurely 200-metre walk to the more challenging 19-kilometre round-trip trail. To see the spectacular White Rock allow up to three-hours return trip to tackle the moderate 6.5 kilometre round-trip trail. Most of the trails are suitable for hiking and mountain bike riding and if you're on horseback, the Yaddamun Trail is perfect.

Start your day with a hike, leisurely walk, bike ride or enjoy a picnic in the afternoon at White Rock Spring Mountain Conservation Reserve. Eden’s Crossing has everything you and your family need to live a healthy, active lifestyle.  

A number of regional parks can also be found nearby, including Redbank Plains Recreational Reserve, featuring sporting fields and a skate park. Of course, there are plenty of ways to stay fit and healthy with a number of gyms close by - Lifestyle Health Clubs, Anytime Fitness, Redbank Plains Gym to name a few.

Beyond Eden’s Crossing lies the local Redbank Plains community and its range of schools, shops and sports clubs. 

Not only is it situated close to major arterial roads such as the Cunningham Highway and Ipswich Motorway with easy access to Brisbane, Ipswich and the Gold Coast you’ll also have direct access to Centenary Highway from Eden’s Crossing making commuting to work (or escaping for the weekend) simple.

Are you ready for your best day out?

The Robelle Domain central parkland is a world-class recreational space with a huge variety of scenic and interactive spaces including the Springfield Lagoon.

But that's not all the parklands have to offer: treetop walks, shady picnic areas, land art pyramids, art work, beautiful exhibition gardens, and expansive grassy spaces perfect for large community events and gatherings are all here. The best part is that all this is only 10 minutes away, plus with direct access to the Centenary Highway in 2018, you'll be even closer. Are you ready for your best day out?

 

Day Trippin' to Wyaralong Dam

If you are looking for a quick day trip to explore your surrounds, Wyaralong Dam is less than an hour away. The lake and surrounding areas provide fantastic recreation facilities and have become a major tourism draw card for the Scenic Rim region.

The lake is popular for paddle craft, fishing and campers. A boating permit is not required at Lake Wyaralong, however you must obtain a SIPS permit to fish. Plus, for the adventure junkies there is more than 40 kilometres of multi-use trails available for walkers, horse riders and mountain bike riders.
