Submitting Plans for Approval

Prior to construction commencing, all house plans must be submitted for developer approval. This is to ensure quality and compliance with any conditions associated with the individual lot.

As part of the covenant, the following information is required: Site plan, Landscape plan, Floor plan, Elevations.
