The Village at Wellard Twilight Markets!
The warmer weather is finally here so make the most of these balmy spring evenings and come on down to The Village Markets at Wellard this Saturday evening.
Take your time to unwind and explore the wide variety of market stalls including succulent pot plants, delicious jams, and beautiful handmade jewellery. There’s even something for the pooches at the gourmet dog biscuit stall!
You can also hunt for a bargain at the car boot sale or pick up an old gem at the vintage record stall, then grab a bite to eat from the Rotary Club of Kwinana’s sausage sizzle.
With more than 45 stalls there’s something for everyone, so come on down to the markets as the sun sets over The Village at Wellard.

The Community life
Living amongst a beautiful landscape in a lovely new home is fantastic - but here at The Village, we know these things are so much better when enjoyed with your neighbours and friends. Living amongst a friendly and welcoming community, that has established community groups, events and associations is exactly what you'll get at The Village at Wellard.
The John Wellard Community Centre acts as the hub of community life, and the many parks and open areas become the ideal venues for markets, food trucks and local school events.
Everyone can find local residents like them - from mums and bubs to couples with adult children, green thumbs to footy fanatics - there's someone to connect with. Even your furry friend won't be left out, with dogs often meeting up for play dates at one of the many local parks!
