- Must not be a current resident of The Village at Wellard or entered in to a sales contract at The Village at Wellard or any other Peet Estate.
- Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
- Must provide valid contact phone number and email address to be eligible on the competition entry form, available at the Sales Centre.
- Entry means consent to be contact by The Village at Wellard team and to be included on their marketing base. Capped at 1 entry per person.
- No online entries will be accepted - must visit the Sales and Information Centre to enter.
- Competition starts on Saturday 14th November 2020 and closes on Sunday 15th February 2021.
- A random draw will take place in late February 2021 and the winner will be notified by phone and email.
