Members of the Jumping Creek database only were invited to participate in the first two releases, with bookings snapped up in just fourty seconds flat.
Jumping Creek is the latest community for developer, Peet Limited, also known for its award-winning township of Googong, a joint venture with Mirvac, located five minutes south.
"The Jumping Creek site is situated in a valley, less than 20 minutes from Civic, in a location that only recently became assessible with the opening of the Ellerton Drive extension last year. Our first purchasers recognised the rare opportunity to build in an urban infill area within a bush enclave, and that Jumping Creek offers the benefits of being close to the city while remaining close to nature", said Peet Managing Director and CEO Brendan Gore.
Construction on the 200-lot community is expected to commence in 2022 (subject to development approval), with the first residents expected to move in during 2023. The land within Jumping Creek is currently the region's largest residential lots on offer.
The next release is expected to be offered to the public in November 2022, with eight premium lots ranging from 684m2 to 978m2 (average 843m2).
