Eight generous blocks in our latest land release are being offered for sale by online auction via our Auction Now website site, on Thursday 25 November 2021. This web page outlines the steps involved in the sales release and auction process and includes an extensive Information Pack for your consideration. Please be aware of the following key dates when reviewing this material.
Key Dates
- Create a personal account on the Auction Now website, well before 4pm Friday 19 November 2021; so that you can
- Register for each lot you would like to bid for at auction, by 5pm Friday 19 November 2021 (late registrations will not be accepted);
- The auction will be held between 10am and approximately 5.30pm, on Thursday 25 November 2021.
Our Ian McNamee & Partners staff are available to assist you in this process. Our sales office includes a scale model of the site and is open for appointments 7 days (see contact details below).
Jumping Creek is subject to Development Application (DA) approval.
