Villagers have begun to move into our beautiful community and we couldn't be more happy to be welcoming them to Village Green. First Home buyers Hugh & Ella, chose to build their dream home featuring a low-maintenance layout and open plan living area with raked ceiling feature. Hugh & Ella opted to build on our innovative 11.2 wide x 30m deep lot designed to fit everything you need including a full size living space to the front of the home.

This lot type creates the same look and feel of a traditional 12.5m frontage lot, and provides for the same backyard depth whilst leaving a little extra room in the budget. Choosing the unique lot type, the first of it's kind on the Sunshine Coast meant the couple could make their dream home a reality.
