Major milestones at Tonsley Village as first slabs poured
Two major milestones have been reached at Tonsley Village in recent weeks – with the first slabs being poured paving the way for construction of the first homes to get underway, as well as the release of an exciting and innovative new home design.
Peet Managing Director and CEO Brendan Gore said the first slab pour always marks a significant moment for a project.
“This is when the vision starts becoming a reality,” explained Mr Gore. “Over the past few weeks, the slabs for the first apartments and first terraces at Tonsley Village have gone down so we’ll soon see those buildings come to life. We’re currently expecting to welcome the first residents by mid-next year.”
All Tonsley Village homes and apartments are being sold off-plan in fixed-price, turn-key specification.
Innovation is a key theme at Tonsley Village and is central to the evolution of the product offering. Last weekend (Saturday 15 September) saw the release of an innovative new home design, The Grand Euro 3.
Designed around a central courtyard, it is the first terrace home design at Tonsley to offer an impressive four bedrooms, two undercover car spaces, three bathrooms and two balconies. It will provide plenty of space to entertain, live and relax.
Prospective buyers can visit the Tonsley Sales and Information Centre to see the designs and floorplans and take a virtual reality walkthrough of a Tonsley Village home.
