Q&A with Vicki
Property industry veteran and Bluestone Sales Consultant Vicki McRae has never been more excited about a premium land offering than the lots now on offer in Parkindula at Bluestone. She shared some of her thoughts on the great choices available for homebuyers.

For example, is your lot close to amenities – such as being within walking distance of the great parks and green spaces at Bluestone? What aspect do you want for your block? At Parkindula, we have large flat lots, which means less costs for retaining or footings. But then there are also premium elevated hills lots which offer great outlooks.
Q: What advice would you give to people wanting to build their dream home – in choosing their builder?
The key ingredients are quality and cost. Check out display villages, talk to consultants about their processes. It should be fully explained in a manner you are comfortable with. Ask about their selection process and time frames – how easy will it be moving through the design stage with them, and then through all the selections of materials and finishes?
