New Regional Sports Hub at Mt Barker

Mt Barker District Council has approved the construction of a premier regional sports hub.

The new facility is designed to accommodate a range of sports and will include: 

  • A national level footy oval
  • 2 local level footy ovals
  • 350 person multi- purpose club rooms and function center
  • 8 netball courts
  • 6 tennis courts
  • A soccer pavilion including club rooms and a grandstand
  • A main soccer pitch
  • Three local level soccer pitches
  • Parking facilities

The hub is expected to be operating by 2020.
